100 years 2JCI Lipa together with other JCI members from all over the Philippines came together as first-timers to the very first 100th year celebration of the many centennial anniversaries to come for Junior Chamber International (JCI).

JCI’s ‘100 Years of Creating a Better World Together’ Gala Celebration held last May 30, 2015 at the Solaire Resort and Casino was indeed a massive success that was flawlessly headed by National Chairman Beata Jarantilla. The event kicked-off with the JCI’s values, mission, and vision; and were afterwards followed by the recollection of JCI’s rich history and accomplishments.

The Philippines, historically being the very first Jaycees movement in Asia, never fails to prove its active involvement every year in bringing positive change – and to recognize that success, four Filipino JCI World Presidents graced the stage: 1997 JCI World President Crispin Dy Jr., 1985 JCI World President Victor Jose “Chicos” I. Luciano, 1950-1951 JCI World President Ramon V. Del Rosario, and 1976 JCI World President Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. who also was the night’s Guest of Honor as he delivered a speech that inspired young leaders of the country to continue making and spreading that JCI Impact.

This unforgettable evening ended with JCI National President Marc Brian Lim’s message to elevate the spirit of Jayceeism and to challenge the rest of JCI Philippines in their start of creating another one hundred years of positive change to the nation – because JCI is not about small changes, but rather about life-long impact.
