JCI Lipa actively implements the JCI ACTION framework and 4 AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY, with programs that strengthen economies and support local workforce development. It also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), integrating impact measurement and innovation into its community-based initiatives.

The international organization’s mantra to #BeBetter reflects its unwavering commitment to excellencein service, values-driven leadership, and civic innovation. Each year, JCI Lipa undertakes a flagship set of sustainable, high-impact programs that aim to:

  • Educate and empower underserved communities
  • Enhance youth leadership and civic participation
  • Create inclusive platforms for dialogue and collaboration
  • Promote mental wellness, livelihood opportunities, and responsible citizenship

Under the 2025 leadership of President Joyce Ann Tapay-Katigbak, JCI Lipa continues to uphold its reputation as a trailblazing chapter that dares to challenge the norm. With the bold call to action #DaresToBeDifferent, the organization is shaping a future that is inclusive, dynamic, and socially responsible.

JCI Lipa’s Board of Directors, comprised of dedicated and driven individuals, work hand-in-hand with partners from the public and private sectors to bring innovative and strategic projects to life. These leaders are empowered by JCI’s values of faith, brotherhood, service to humanity, and respect for laws and individual responsibility.
