Community Projects
OK BA TOYS
OK Ba Toys was first conducted at Barangay San Isidro, Lipa City in 2005 under PP Sen. Allan Racelis’ term. The project started as a used toy drive. It was his solution to the excess toys gathering in their house. In addition to the toys the kids would receive, the chapter also organized a party that the kids would enjoy. The project was adopted through the years and received the Southern Luzon Area Conference Merit Award for Education for Peace in 2019. To preserve the receipients’ sense of value, the chapter shifted from giving used toys to giving brand new ones – equivalent to receiving brand new gifts on Christmas. This ensures that the children receive a Christmas experience that they will never forget.
