DAGOS: Developing Attitudes Geared for Outstanding Service
Launched in 2014, JCI Lipa’s DAGOS is an annual, ongoing project inspired by reality shows like Survivor and The Amazing Race. This dynamic event primarily strengthens camaraderie among chapter members, a source of immense pride for our organization. Through engaging, interactive challenges, DAGOS not only fosters unity but also actively boosts local businesses, creating a tangible bridge between member bonding and community economic development.
JIGSAW: Connecting Pieces for the Bigger Picture
According to The Britannica Dictionary, a jigsaw is a puzzle consisting of a picture cut into various pieces of different shapes that have to be fitted together. Like this definition, JCI Lipa’s newest training program is all about fitting together members’ needs in different shapes and sizes to form a bigger picture–that is, members as future leaders for a changing world.
