JCI Lipa has sustained a meaningful 7-year partnership with the Kilusan ng Maliliit na Mangingisda sa Lawa ng Taal, an organization of fisherfolk based in Sitio Tagbakin, Brgy. Halang, Lipa City.
“Give a man fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. But give a man better means to fish and he feeds the community.”
